the farm

Brunella and Niccolò have decided to bring their own ancient family farm to life again in this unspoilt setting, rich in historic and cultural traditions. The stone farmhouses both within the hamlet itself and on the surrounding hills have been renovated so that they can offer an authentic rustic holiday to our guests.

The landscape and natural surroundings are typical of high hill areas with woods and extensive meadows where we raise 200 head of cattle of the famous Chianina breed; 50 sheep for the specialised production of pecorino sheep’s cheese; and 8 horses for riding.

We have made a little restaurant inside of a 16th century chapel in the centre of the hamlet. The little restaurant "Chiesina" and the restaurant inside of "La Casa Grande" are both reserved only for the guests of the farm.

In the evening, for at least 10 people, you can come here to sample the taste of Niccolò's delicious home cooking, with typical Tuscan dishes based on our own biological produce. During the summer, when there are many guests, the dinner is in the restaurant of "La Casa Grande".
